The invention discloses a welded type guide wheel comprising a bearing seat sleeve ring, six reinforcing rib plates and a rope sheave body. An oil injection hole is formed on the bearing seat sleeve ring. The bearing seat sleeve ring is provided with the six reinforcing rib plates used for being connected with the rope sheave body. The guide wheel is formed by jointly assembling the bearing seat sleeve ring, the reinforcing rib plates and the rope sheave body, each part can be independently designed and machined, and therefore the material cost is greatly reduced; and besides, the weight of the guide wheel is reduced, the precision degree of each part is ensured, and the carrying efficiency in the installation process for workers is also improved. The rope sheave body is made of a 8mm steel plate through rolling pressing molding, so that the material is saved, and the production period is greatly shortened. Each reinforcing rib plate is formed by flattening a round tube or made of a flat tube, each reinforcing rib plate can be cut according to the needed wheel diameter, and machining is quite convenient.
