The invention provides a parachute system capable of decelerating landing. The parachute system comprises a parachute and a climbing device. An upper portion of the climbing device is fixedly connected with the parachute, and a lower portion of the climbing device is fixedly connected with a falling object. The climbing device comprises a box body, a hanging rope, a rope take-up mechanism and a power device. The box body is an accommodating space; and the hanging rope is long enough, and one end of the hanging rope is fixedly installed on a rope take-up component. The rope take-up mechanism isfixedly mounted in the box body; and the power device is connected with the rope take-up mechanism and drives the rope take-up mechanism to wind a rope. The system has beneficial effects that designcost is low, and the system can be widely applied to an air-drop industry; and a deceleration effect is good, and damage to objects caused by airdrop is effectively reduced.
