The stone discharging device is located at a gap reserved between double tires of the mining dumper; the stone discharging device comprises a long chain and a short chain; the front end of the long chain is connected to a front mounting seat at the bottom of the cargo compartment of the dumper, andthe rear end of the long chain is connected to a rear mounting seat at the bottom of the cargo compartment of the dumper; the long chain naturally droops after being hung; the short chain is hung onthe long chain; when sundries are clamped into a tire, the short chain plays a role in removing stones, and when the short chain rubs with a rim space ring, the rear point of the long chain is stressed, so that the short chain can be prevented from being rolled into the rim space ring. The structure of the stone discharging device is safe and reliable, and the stone discharging device does not cause damage to the tire due to self-deformation failure. The stone discharging requirement of the mining dumper is met, and the stone discharging requirement of various double-tire vehicles in a mine ismet.
