The invention discloses a micro-motion type pantograph head, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle pantographs. The pantograph head comprises a pantograph head bracket, a carbon sliding plate assembly and a claw. The pantograph head bracket comprises a courtyard pipe and balance seats installed at two ends of the courtyard pipe. The claw is installed on the balance seat, two endsof the carbon sliding plate assembly are installed on the balance seat at two ends of the courtyard pipe through an air bag spring, a guide device is arranged between the carbon sliding plate assemblyand the balance seat, the guide device limits the carbon sliding plate assembly to reciprocate along an axis direction of the air bag spring, and the guide device limits a telescopic amplitude of theair bag spring. The carbon sliding plate assembly is driven to slightly ascend and descend slowly under a matching action of the air bag spring and the guide device, a recoil force of the carbon sliding plate on a contact network is reduced while an impact force of a contact network is absorbed, an abrasion speed is decreased, and carbon sliding plate following performance and current receiving stability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种微动型受电弓弓头,涉及电力车辆受电弓技术领域。本发明包括弓头支架、碳滑板总成和羊角,弓头支架包括天井管和安装在天井管两端的天平座,羊角安装在天平座上,碳滑板总成两端通过气囊弹簧分别安装在天井管两端的天平座上,碳滑板总成与天平座之间设置有导向装置,导向装置限定碳滑板总成沿气囊弹簧轴线方向往复运动,且导向装置限定气囊弹簧伸缩幅度。本发明在气囊弹簧和导向装置配合作用下带动碳滑板总成小幅缓升缓降,吸收接触网冲击力的同时减少碳滑板对接触网的反冲力,减慢磨损速度,提高碳滑板追随性和受流稳定性。
