The invention discloses an automobile speed control system, method and device and an automobile. A radar detection device detects the distance between an automobile and a front obstacle or the distance between the automobile and a rear obstacle. An electronic accelerator device collects the position of an accelerator pedal. A vehicle control unit judges whether the distance between the automobileand the front obstacle of the automobile or between the automobile and the rear obstacle of the automobile is smaller than a safe distance; when an electronic accelerator device outputs an acceleration electric signal describing continuous acceleration of the automobile, the transmission of the acceleration electric signal to a motor driving system can be interrupted, so that the automobile is prevented from continuously accelerating when receiving the acceleration electric signal, namely, the speed of the automobile is limited. When an emergency occurs, even if a driver steps on the accelerator pedal by mistake to further accelerate the automobile, the system, method and device can interrupt the acceleration signal transmitted to the motor driving system, so that the automobile is prevented from continuing to accelerate, greater economic loss is avoided, and serious personal injury to the driver or pedestrians is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种汽车车速控制系统、方法、装置及汽车,雷达检测装置检测汽车与前方障碍物或者汽车与后方障碍物的距离,电子油门装置采集油门踏板的位置,整车控制器判断汽车与汽车的前方障碍物或汽车与汽车的后方障碍物的距离低于安全距离,且电子油门装置输出的描述汽车继续加速的加速电信号时,能够中断该加速电信号至电机驱动系统的传输,从而避免了汽车在接收到该加速电信号时继续加速,即对汽车的车速进行了限制。遭遇突发状况时,即使驾驶人员误踩油门踏板而预进一步对汽车进行加速,本方案能够中断传送至电机驱动系统的加速信号,从而限制汽车继续加速,避免了造成较大的经济损失和避免了对驾驶人员或行人造成严重的人身伤害。
