The invention discloses an electric pulley block capable of being flexibly operated. The electric pulley block comprises a shell, a worm, a worm wheel meshed with the worm and a rotating shaft. The worm wheel is connected to the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is provided with a winding drum, and one end of the worm penetrates through the shell. The electric pulley block further comprises an oil injection device which can automatically inject oil between the worm wheel and the worm when the rotating shaft rotates. In the rotation process of the worm wheel, the oil injection device can inject oil between the worm wheel and the worm, so that the worm and the worm wheel are well lubricated, the abrasion between the worm and the worm wheel is greatly reduced, and the electric pulley block can operate flexibly.
