The invention relates to a wing skin deicing device. The aircraft wing skin deicing device comprises a far infrared heating body, an insulating heat conduction layer, an insulating layer and a heat insulation layer, the insulating heat conduction layer, the far infrared heating body, the insulating layer and the heat insulation layer are combined to form a heating unit; the multiple heating unitsare arranged on the inner side of the wing skin in the wing span direction. The heating units are arranged in parallel and are provided with corresponding wireless switches; the device further comprises a control unit, the heating units are electrically connected with the control unit through the corresponding wireless switches, and the control unit is used for monitoring the icing state of the aircraft wing skin and sending an instruction for starting or stopping the corresponding heating units according to the icing state of the aircraft wing skin. According to the deicing device, the far infrared heating body is large and uniform in heating area, the heating efficiency is high, and the aircraft skin can be quickly deiced.

    本发明涉及一种机翼蒙皮除冰装置,飞机机翼蒙皮除冰装置包括远红外发热体、绝缘导热层、绝缘层和隔热层,绝缘导热层、远红外发热体、绝缘层和隔热层组合构成加热单元,加热单元有多个且各加热单元分别沿着机翼翼展方向设置在机翼蒙皮内侧,各加热单元并联设置且各加热单元均设有对应的无线开关,还包括控制单元,加热单元通过对应的无线开关与控制单元电连接,控制单元用于监测飞机机翼蒙皮上的结冰状态,并根据飞机机翼蒙皮上的结冰状态来发出开启对应的加热单元或关闭对应的加热单元的指令。本发明的除冰装置中远红外发热体发热面积大且均匀、加热效率快,可对飞机蒙皮快速除冰。
