The invention provides a crawler chassis floating thrust wheel structure and a sugarcane harvester, the floating thrust wheel structure comprises a mounting bracket, and a first thrust wheel rotatingshaft, a second thrust wheel rotating shaft and a floating rotating shaft are arranged on the mounting bracket; the thrust wheel rotating shaft comprises that the first thrust wheel rotating shaft penetrates through the installation support and is arranged at one end of the installation support, the second thrust wheel rotating shaft penetrates through the installation support and is arranged at the other end of the installation support, thrust wheels are arranged at the two ends of the two thrust wheel rotating shafts respectively, and the thrust wheels on the same side of the two thrust wheel rotating shafts are the front thrust wheel and the rear thrust wheel respectively. The floating rotating shaft penetrates through the mounting bracket and is positioned between the first thrust wheel rotating shaft and the second thrust wheel rotating shaft; radial shock absorbers are arranged at the two ends of the floating rotating shaft respectively and located between the front thrust wheeland the rear thrust wheel, and therefore the front thrust wheel and the rear thrust wheel on the same side of the thrust wheel rotating shaft rotate around the radial shock absorbers. According to thescheme, instantaneous impact caused by floating of the thrust wheel can be reduced, the structure is simple and stable, and the service life is long.

    本发明提供一种履带底盘浮动支重轮结构及甘蔗收割机,其中,浮动支重轮结构包括安装支架,安装支架上设有第一支重轮转轴、第二支重轮转轴以及浮动转轴;支重轮转轴包括;第一支重轮转轴穿过安装支架设置于安装支架的一端,第二支重轮转轴穿过安装支架并设置于安装支架的另一端,两个支重轮转轴的两端分别设有支重轮,两个支重轮转轴同一侧的支重轮分别为前后支重轮;浮动转轴穿过安装支架,并位于第一支重轮转轴和第二支重轮转轴之间;浮动转轴两端分别设有径向减震器,径向减震器位于前后支重轮之间,从而使支重轮转轴同一侧的前后支重轮绕径向减震器转动;上述方案,可以减少支重轮浮动时带来的瞬间冲击,结构简单、稳定和使用寿命长。
