The invention discloses a rail vehicle tread modification control method. The method comprises the following steps that an electronic control unit and a gas circuit control unit are integrally designed; when the rail vehicle runs, a running sensor is embedded in the electronic control unit and used for recognizing the running state of the rail vehicle; the gas circuit control unit is used for monitoring the real-time working pressure of the tread modification device; and the gas circuit control unit is automatically controlled to inflate, maintain pressure or exhaust through a control signal,so that the rail vehicle tread modification device is controlled to act according to the target pressure. The invention further provides a rail vehicle tread modification control device for realizingthe method and a rail vehicle tread modification control system adopting the rail vehicle tread modification control device. The problem of how to automatically control rail vehicle tread modificationbased on the running state is solved, the automation degree and the intelligent degree are improved, and the working efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the safety and the usability of the system areimproved through the fault guiding safety loop design and the manual/automatic mode.

    一种轨道车辆踏面修形控制方法,包括以下步骤:将电子控制单元与气路控制单元一体化设计;当所述轨道车辆运行,所述电子控制单元内嵌运行传感器用于识别轨道车辆运行状态;所述气路控制单元用于监测踏面修形器实时工作压力;通过控制信号自动控制所述气路控制单元充气、保压或排气,进而控制所述轨道车辆踏面修形器按目标压力动作。本发明还提供实现所述方法的一种轨道车辆踏面修形控制装置,以及采用上述轨道车辆踏面修形控制装置的轨道车辆踏面修形控制系统。本发明解决了如何基于运行状态自动控制轨道车辆踏面修形的问题,提高了自动化与智能化程度,提高了工作效率。同时,故障导向安全回路设计和手/自动方式提高了系统的安全性和可用性。
