The invention discloses a coupling mechanism applied to an electric vehicle wireless power transmission system. The coupling mechanism comprises a ground end electric energy transmitting mechanism composed of an end rectangular transmitting coil, a ground end E-shaped ferrite and a ground end shielding aluminum plate, and a vehicle end electric energy receiving mechanism composed of a vehicle endsquare receiving coil, a vehicle end E-shaped ferrite and a vehicle end chassis shielding aluminum plate. An electric vehicle wireless power transmission system is constructed, circuit simulation parameters of the system are determined, and comparative analysis is performed on the coupling coefficient change and the Litz wire length of a traditional coupling mechanism under the offset condition. After being applied to an electric vehicle wireless power transmission system, the coupling coefficient between the two coils can be increased during normal work, the use of Litz wires of the coils isreduced, and the system loss is reduced; under the working condition that the coupling mechanism is not aligned, the anti-offset capability is enhanced, the safety and stability of the system are improved, normal work can still be ensured when the offset is large, and the safety and reliability of the wireless power transmission system are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种应用于电动汽车无线电能传输系统耦合机构,包括由端矩形发射线圈、地端E型铁氧体和地端屏蔽铝板组成的地端电能发射机构和由车端方形接收线圈、车端E型铁氧体和车端底盘屏蔽铝板组成的车端电能接收机构;构建电动汽车无线电能传输无线电能传输系统,确定系统的电路仿真参数,与传统耦合机构在偏移情况工况的耦合系数变化和使用利兹线长度进行对比分析。本发明在应用于电动汽车的无线电能传输系统后,正常工作时,可以增加两线圈之间的耦合系数,减少线圈利兹线的使用,降低系统损耗;在耦合机构未对准工况下,抗偏移能力增强,增加了系统的安全性和稳定性,在偏移量较大时依然能够保证正常工作,确保无线电能传输系统安全可靠。
