The invention provides an ascending and descending operation and belt breakage detection method of an elevator. A transmission detection device and method for detection through synchronous rotation with a motor driving shaft are used, so as to integrally accelerate the ascending and descending speed of a cargo carrying platform and improve the stroke control precision of the cargo carrying platform; meanwhile, the monitoring disposal of the belt breakage and other abnormal ascending and descending states can be realized; and the problems of deviation and abrasion of a lifting belt are prevented and solved to the maximum degree. Specifically, the lifting belt connected with the cargo carrying platform cyclically bypasses through a driving module, a steering module and a direction changing module to form a closed loop operation track in the whole ascending and descending process through being driven by a servo motor; the driving module and the servo motor drive a main driving shaft to rotate; the lifting belt is driven to do ascending and descending operation through a driving belt wheel; the steering module is provided with an encoder at the end part of a steering shaft bypassing the lifting belt; the lifting belt drives the steering shaft to rotate, and the encoder outputs a frequency feedback signal; and by calculating and comparing the frequency feedback signal output by theencoder and a servo motor output signal, the practical ascending and descending stroke distance of the cargo carrying platform is calculated and is used as the basis of judging whether the lifting belt is broken or not.

    本发明所述的提升机升降运行与断带检测方法,采取与电机驱动轴同步转动检测的传动检测装置及其方法,以期从整体上提高载货台升降速度与行程控制精度,同时实现断带与其他异常升降状态的监测处置,最大限度地预防与解决提升带跑偏、磨损问题。具体地,连接载货台的提升带在伺服电机的驱动下,升降全程循环绕过驱动模组、转向模组和改向模组而形成闭环运行轨迹;所述的驱动模组,伺服电机驱动主驱动轴转动,通过驱动带轮带动提升带升降运行;所述的转向模组,在绕过提升带的转向轴端部安装编码器,提升带带动转向轴旋转而由编码器输出频次反馈信号;通过计算与比较编码器输出的频次反馈信号与伺服电机输出信号,以计算载货台实际升降行程距离和作为判断提升带是否断裂的依据。
