    本发明涉及一种航发试车蜂巢降噪导流屏及使用方法,步骤如下:将导流屏通过螺栓植筋的形式固定在场地上;将飞机牵引到U状的导流屏内,机头朝向U状的导流屏外,机尾朝向U状的导流屏内屏体;启动飞机发动机,发动机气流并携带噪声冲击导流屏屏体,并进入导流屏面上的数个降噪导流杯内,气流进入降噪导流杯弧形状杯底内部形成气流反冲,在导流屏表面形成一层气垫;后续的发动机气流冲击到气垫上面,产生中和气流,随着蜂巢降噪导流屏主体弧形面改变方向,由水平气流导向为向上流动的气流,气流通过导流屏顶部的羽翼降噪导流板流出,有效的提高对气流的导流速率,极大降低噪声,起到对气流导向,噪声治理的双重效果。
