The invention relates to a motor vehicle intelligent safety redundancy system and a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle intelligent safety redundancy system comprises a power source system, a connectingtransmission mechanism, an electromagnetic clutch, a connecting return device fixing component, a transmission mechanical connecting part, a normal-state closing maintaining component and a brake pedal. When the electromagnetic clutch is in a power-on state, the connecting transmission mechanism can drive the connecting return device fixing component to move; the transmission mechanical connectingpart is connected with the normal-state closing maintaining part and the brake pedal, and the brake pedal can be in a normally-closed state under the action of the normal-state closing maintaining part; and the connecting return device fixing component is connected with the transmission mechanical connecting part, so that the transmission mechanical connecting part can overcome the force of the normal-state closing maintaining component under the driving of the connecting return device fixing component, and the brake pedal is in an open state. The safety of the motor vehicle can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种机动车智能安全冗余系统及机动车辆。该系统包括:动力源系统、连接传动机构、电磁离合器、连接回位装置固定构件、传动机械连接部分、常态闭合维持部件、制动踏板。电磁离合器在通电状态下,能够使连接传动机构带动连接回位装置固定构件运动;传动机械连接部分与常态闭合维持部件和制动踏板相连接,在常态闭合维持部件的作用下,可使制动踏板处于常闭状态;连接回位装置固定构件与传动机械连接部分相连,使得传动机械连接部分能够在连接回位装置固定构件的带动下,克服常态闭合维持部件的力,使制动踏板处于开的状态。本发明能够提高机动车的安全性。
