The invention discloses an automobile storage battery low electric quantity early warning processing system and method and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The system comprises a whole automobile state information controller, an automobile body controller and an instrument controller, wherein the whole automobile state information controller is used for collecting the state information of an automobile so that the automobile body controller judges whether an automobile engine is started or not based on the state information, the automobile body controller is used for selecting one or more of the preset electric quantity judgment methods to recognize the electric quantity state of the automobile storage battery, controlling the automobile power consumption equipment to enter alow-energy-consumption or closed state when the electric quantity of the automobile storage battery is lower than a preset value and the automobile engine is not started, and driving the instrument controller to work, the instrument controller is used for reminding a user that the electric quantity of the automobile storage battery is low in a text or voice mode and reminding the user to start the automobile to charge the automobile storage battery in the text or voice mode. The system is advantaged in that the electric quantity of the automobile storage battery can be effectively ensured tobe in a normal state.
