The invention discloses high-altitude cutting equipment based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The equipment comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a connecting mechanism, a cutting device and a remote control device, wherein the connecting mechanism is used for being connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle and the cutting device, the cutting device comprises a mounting frame, a motor, a driving wheel, a guide wheel, diamond wires, a guide wheel shaft and a bearing, and the connecting mechanism is composed of a telescopic rod, an upper arm and a lower arm; the unmanned aerial vehicle comprisesan unmanned aerial vehicle body, a camera, a controller and a first signal transmission device; the remote control device comprises a liquid crystal screen, an unmanned aerial vehicle control device,a cutting device switch and a second signal transmission device; the unmanned aerial vehicle carries cutting equipment to reach a construction site, and the camera shoots a cutting object, transmitsthe shot cutting object to the remote control device in real time, and the shot cutting object is displayed on the display screen; the diamond wires are adopted as cutting equipment which has the advantages of being high in cutting capacity, light in weight and low in energy consumption, the cutting equipment is suitable for being carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle platform, the workers control the cutting process through the remote control device, manual high-altitude operation is avoided, the working efficiency is high, the construction period is short, and the cutting equipment is suitable for high-altitude cutting construction in various complex environments.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机的高空切割设备,包括无人机、连接机构、切割装置及遥控装置,所述连接机构用于连接无人机及切割装置,所述切割装置包括安装架、电机、驱动轮、导轮、金刚石线、导轮轴、轴承,所述连接机构由伸缩杆、上臂、下臂组成,所述无人机包括无人机本体、摄像头、控制器、第一信号传输装置,所述遥控装置包括液晶屏、无人机操纵装置、切割装置开关、第二信号传输装置,本发明通过无人机搭载切割设备到达施工地点,摄像头拍摄切割对象并实时传输至遥控装置,并显示在显示屏上,采用金刚石线作为切割设备,具有切割能力强、重量轻、耗能少的优点,适合搭载在无人机平台上,工人通过遥控装置控制切割过程,无需进行人工高空作业,工作效率高,施工周期短,适用于多种复杂环境的高空切割施工。
