The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle standby battery automatic switching device which is installed in an unmanned aerial vehicle body with a control panel and a standby battery and comprises an installation frame and a switching mechanism. The installation frame is provided with a battery cavity and a driving cavity, the standby battery is loaded in the battery cavity, and the installation frame is further provided with a switch piece electrically connected with the standby battery. The switching mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a triggering piece, and the triggering piece is movably arranged in the driving cavity and is designed correspondingly to the switching piece. The driving assembly is electrically connected with the control panel, and the driving assembly isarranged beside the triggering piece and is in driving connection with the triggering piece. When the control panel is powered on, the driving assembly drives the trigger piece to leave the switch piece, and after the control panel is powered off, the driving assembly drives the triggering piece to quickly get close to and make contact with the switch piece, and then the standby battery is startedto supply power to the control panel. The invention further provides the unmanned aerial vehicle provided with the automatic switching device.

    本发明提出一种无人机备用电池自动切换装置,安装在带有控制板和备用电池的无人机的机体内部,该装置包括安装架和切换机构,安装架上设有电池腔和驱动腔,备用电池装载在电池腔内,安装架上还设有与备用电池电性连接的开关件;切换机构包括驱动组件和触发件,触发件可活动地设置在驱动腔内,并对应开关件设计;驱动组件与控制板电性连接,且驱动组件设置在触发件旁侧,并与触发件驱动连接;控制板通电时,驱动组件驱使触发件远离开关件;控制板断电后,驱动组件驱使触发件迅速靠近并接触开关件,进而启动备用电池为控制板供电;本发明还提到一种安装有该自动切换装置的无人机。
