The invention discloses an elevator car side wall jacking force testing device which comprises a supporting frame, a linear actuator, a press plate and a vacuum suction cup. The linear actuator is mounted on the supporting frame. The press plate is connected to the linear actuator. The vacuum suction cup is fixed to the bottom of the supporting frame. The linear actuator is used for pushing the press plate onto the side wall of a car of an elevator so as to apply preset jacking force to the side wall of the car. The vacuum suction cup is used for being adsorbed to the bottom wall of the car ofthe elevator so as to guarantee that the supporting frame keeps fixed when the press plate is pushed. In the elevator car side wall jacking force testing device, by means of the vacuum suction cup, the problem that force borrowing is hard is solved conveniently, the e vacuum suction cup can be repeatedly used, no relevant component can be damaged, the cost is low, and testing efficiency is improved. In addition, in some embodiments of the device, the height position and the horizontal position of the press plate can be adjusted, and therefore any area on the side wall of the tested car can becovered.
