The invention provides a continuous rod drilling type horizontal directional drill and an underwater unmanned cable penetrating operation method. A continuous rod drilling construction process is realized through a special hydraulic loading wedge-shaped clamping mechanism; under the condition that the hydraulic loading wedge-shaped clamping mechanism is subjected to loading acting force of the hydraulic cylinder, two wedge-type jackets of the wedge-shaped clamping mechanism move towards opposite directions at the same time and extrude the corresponding wedge-shaped clamping blocks respectively, the wedge-shaped clamping blocks bear radial component force of the clamping sleeve to automatically clamp the continuous drill rod and keep the position relatively fixed, and the whole wedge-shapedclamping mechanism and the continuous drill rod are pushed together to rotate and push in the preset direction under pushing of the holding and clamping type power head. Due to the fact that continuous rod drilling and disposable connecting drill rod are achieved, a new drill rod is not needed in the midway, the problem of underwater drilling of the horizontal drilling machine is solved, underwater unmanned cable penetrating operation is achieved, rapid threading work of a steel cable in the sunken ship salvage process is achieved, and the problems that in original work, the dependence degreeon personnel is high, the operation intensity is high, the operation time is long, the operation efficiency is low, and even the success or failure of sunken ship salvage engineering is influenced are solved.

    本发明提供了一种连续杆钻进式水平定向钻及水下无人穿缆作业方法,通过特殊的液压加载楔形夹持机构实现连续杆钻进施工工艺,液压加载楔形夹持机构在受到液压缸加载作用力的情况下,所述楔形夹持机构的两个楔式夹套同时向相反方向运动,并分别挤压各自对应的楔形夹块,楔形夹块受到夹持套的径向分力而自动夹紧连续性钻杆并保持位置相对固定,在抱夹式动力头的推进下,将整个楔形夹持机构连同连续性钻杆共同向预定方向旋转推进;由于本发明实现了,连续杆钻进,一次性连接钻杆,中途无需新接钻杆,解决了水平钻机水下钻进的难题,实现水下无人穿缆作业,实现对沉船打捞过程中钢缆的快速穿引工作,解决原来工作中对人员的依赖程度高,作业强度大,作业时间长,作业效率低,甚至影响沉船打捞工程成败的问题。
