The invention provides an auxiliary power generation control method and system for an extended-range fuel cell vehicle, a vehicle control unit and the extended-range fuel cell vehicle, and aims to prevent a fuel cell system from being overheated and prevent the service life of the fuel cell system from being shortened. The method comprises the steps of when the current remaining electric quantityof a power battery is less than a first set electric quantity value, outputting a starting instruction for requesting the fuel cell system to work so as to enable the fuel cell system to be started and enter an idling state; determining basic power generation power of the fuel cell system based on the current remaining electric quantity of the power cell; based on the accelerator pedal opening degree of the vehicle, determining the driver demand power offset; based on the wheel speed of the vehicle and the temperature of the environment where the vehicle is located, determining the maximum heat dissipation power of the vehicle; determining target generated power according to the basic generated power, the driver demand power offset and the maximum heat dissipation power; and sending the target generated power to the fuel cell system so as to enable the fuel cell system to generate power to supply power to the motor and the power battery.

    本发明提供了一种增程式燃料电池汽车的辅助发电控制方法、系统、整车控制器及增程式燃料电池汽车,以防止燃料电池系统过热,降低燃料电池系统的使用寿命。该方法包括:在动力电池的当前剩余电量低于第一设定电量值时,输出请求燃料电池系统工作的启动指令,使燃料电池系统启动并进入怠速状态;基于动力电池的当前剩余电量,确定燃料电池系统的基础发电功率;基于车辆的油门踏板开度,确定驾驶员需求功率偏移量;基于车辆的轮速和车辆所处的环境温度,确定车辆的最大散热功率;根据基础发电功率、驾驶员需求功率偏移量和最大散热功率,确定目标发电功率;将目标发电功率发送至燃料电池系统,使燃料电池系统进行发电,为电机和动力电池进行供电。
