The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle braking energy recovery control method, a vehicle control unit and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps: obtaining a braking demand torque of the vehicle when a brake pedal is detected to be in a treading state; detecting and obtaining a first demand torque function of a motor according to gear information of the vehicle, the braking demand torque and the maximum braking torque of the motor, and performing filtering processing to obtain a second demand torque function; and acquiring a third demand torque function of a power-assisted braking system according to the second demand torque function and the braking demand torque, sending a first control signal to a motor controller according to the second demand torque function, and sendinga second control signal to a power-assisted braking system controller according to the third demand torque function. According to the technical scheme, when vehicle braking control is performed, an influence of gear shifting on the electric braking torque of the motor and the deceleration of the vehicle is fully considered, and a user is ensured to have good driving and riding experience.

    本发明的实施例提供了一种车辆制动能量回收的控制方法、整车控制器及车辆,其中,方法包括:当检测到制动踏板处于踩踏状态时,得到车辆的制动需求扭矩;检测并根据车辆的挡位信息、制动需求扭矩以及电机的最大制动扭矩,得到电机的第一需求扭矩函数,并进行滤波处理,得到第二需求扭矩函数;根据第二需求扭矩函数以及制动需求扭矩得到助力制动系统的第三需求扭矩函数,并根据第二需求扭矩函数发送第一控制信号至电机控制器,根据第三需求扭矩函数发送第二控制信号至助力制动系统控制器。本发明所提供的技术方案在进行车辆制动控制时,充分考虑了挡位变换对电机的电制动扭矩以及车辆减速度的影响,保证用户具有良好的驾乘体验。
