The invention discloses a speed reducer, an electric driving system and an electric automobile. The speed reducer comprises a shell, a transmission assembly and a connecting shaft. The shell is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is provided with a first through hole; the transmission assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a first-stage gear,the first-stage gear comprises a speed reducer input shaft gear, and the speed reducer input shaft gear is used for being connected with a driving motor; and the connecting shaft is arranged in the accommodating cavity and provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the speed reducer input shaft gear, and the second end of the connecting shaft is used for being connected with a driving motor output shaft through a first through hole and a spline. By arranging the connecting shaft, the speed reducer input shaft is far away from a spline connecting part between the output shaft of the driving motor and the speed reducer so that NVH generation or amplification of a first-stage gear order of the speed reducer due to spline vibration is avoided, NVH performance of the electric automobile is improved, and the comfort of the whole automobile is improved.
本发明公开一种减速器、电驱动系统以及电动汽车,所述减速器包括壳体、传动组件以及连接轴,其中,壳体具有容纳腔,容纳腔设有第一通孔;传动组件设于容纳腔,传动组件包括一级齿轮,一级齿轮包括减速器输入轴齿轮,减速器输入轴齿轮用以连接驱动电机;连接轴设于容纳腔,连接轴具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,连接轴的第一端与减速器输入轴齿轮固定连接,连接轴的第二端用以经第一通孔与驱动电机输出轴通过花键连接。本发明通过设置连接轴,使得减速器输入轴远离驱动电机输出轴与减速器之间的花键连接部分,从而避免由于花键震动造成减速器一级齿轮阶次NVH产生或放大,改善了电动汽车的NVH性能,提高了整车舒适性。
