The invention discloses an advancing safety detection device for a climbing-free device of a wind power tower drum. The advancing safety detection device is used for solving the problem that the safety of an operator in a channel cannot be ensured when the operator rubs with the outside in the prior art. The device comprises an A/D conversion module and an input relay module which are electricallyconnected with a main controller, and a power module is electrically connected with a weighing sensor, the A/D conversion module, the main controller, the input relay module and a wireless communication module; the weighing sensor is electrically connected with the A/D conversion module; and the input relay module is electrically connected with the wireless communication module. The advancing safety detection device has the beneficial effects that after the climbing-free device is provided with a key detection device, the climbing-free device has an anti-scratch protection function, and whenall parts of the body, a safety belt or working clothes and the like of an operator rub the outside in the ascending or descending process, the climbing-free device automatically detects and judges the blocking condition within 2 seconds and stops running, so that the safety of the operator in the channel is ensured.
本发明公开一种风电塔筒免爬器行进安全检测装置,用以解决现有技术中在操作人员与外部发生挂蹭时,无法确保操作人员在通道内安全的问题。包括:A/D转换模块、输入继电器模块皆与主控制器电连接,电源模块分别与称重传感器、A/D转换模块、主控制器、输入继电器模块、无线通信模块电连接;称重传感器与A/D转换模块电连接;输入继电器模块与无线通信模块电连接;有益效果为在免爬器安装按键检测装置后,使其具有防刮蹭保护功能,操作人员上升或下降过程中身体各部位、安全带或工作服等与外部发生挂蹭时,免爬器2秒内自动检测判断受阻情况并停止运行,确保操作人员在通道内安全。
