The embodiment of the invention provides an automobile suspension system and an automobile. The automotive suspension system comprises a rectifier and a linear motor, wherein the linear motor comprises a stator, a rotor and a plurality of coil windings; the stator is cylindrical; a plurality of grooves are formed in the stator; the multiple coil windings are installed in the multiple grooves respectively; the plane where each coil winding is located is perpendicular to the axis of the stator; the rotor is installed in the stator and can reciprocate along the axis of the stator; the multiple coil windings are connected with the rectifier; and the rectifier is connected with a storage battery; the stator is connected with an axle, and the rotor is connected with an automobile body; or the stator is connected with the an automobile body, and the rotor is connected with the axle. According to the embodiment of the invention, an energy-saving effect can be achieved.
