The invention provides an amphibious unmanned boat vehicle which is characterized in that a driving transmission system is composed of a front driving transmission assembly and a rear driving transmission assembly, and one or two rear driving transmission assemblies are arranged in parallel. According to the front driving transmission assembly, the output end of a front electric modulator is connected to the input end of a front motor, and the front motor, an output shaft of a speed reducer of the front motor, an inner universal transmission shaft, an outer universal transmission shaft and theinput end of a front driving axle are sequentially connected. According to the rear driving transmission assembly, the output end of a rear electric modulator is connected to the input end of a rearmotor, and the rear motor, an output shaft of a speed reducer of the rear motor, a rear universal transmission shaft and a propeller shaft are sequentially connected. The two electric modulators, thetwo motors, the speed reducers of the two motors, the inner universal transmission shaft and the rear universal transmission shaft are arranged in the boat body sealing cabin, and the transmission sealing assemblies are arranged between the inner universal transmission shaft and the outer universal transmission shaft and between the rear universal transmission shaft and a shaft of the propeller respectively; and each electric modulator is connected with a lithium battery power supply and a switch.
