The invention discloses a vehicle rear row living body monitoring system and method. The system comprises an image collection processing module, a microprocessor, a prompt system, and a PEPS module, and the microprocessor is connected with the PEPS module, and is used for obtaining a fortification state signal of a vehicle through the PEPS module; the microprocessor is respectively connected withthe image collection and processing module and the reminding system; the image collecting and processing module is used for collecting image information of the rear row of the vehicle, recognizing whether a human body exists in an image or not and feeding back a recognition result to the microprocessor, and the microprocessor controls the reminding system to send out a reminding signal for judgingwhether living things exist in the background or not according to the recognition result. The system and the method have the advantages that the camera is used for collecting the images to recognizethe living body and then give an alarm, the rear-row video corresponding to the alarm can be checked while the alarm is given effectively and quickly, a user can remotely check the video data of the rear-row seat corresponding to the alarm, and the influence of user experience caused by detection misjudgment can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆后排活体监测系统及方法,其中系统包括图像采集处理模块、微处理器、提醒系统、PEPS模块,所述微处理器与PEPS模块连接,用于通过PEPS模块获取车辆的设防状态信号;所述微处理器分别连接图像采集处理模块、提醒系统,所述图像采集处理模块用于采集车辆后排的图像信息并识别处图像中是否存在人体,并将识别结果反馈至微处理器,所述微处理器根据识别结果来控制提醒系统发出后台是否有活物的提醒信号。本发明的优点在于:通过摄像头采集图像进行识别活体后进行报警,可以有效快速的进行报警的同时也可以查看报警对应的后排视频,可以让用户远程查看报警对应的后排座椅的视频数据,可以减少检测误判造成的用户体验的影响。
