The invention relates to a portal crane supporting leg deviation measuring device. The measuring device comprises a main controller, a laser emitter, a two-dimensional position sensitive detector, a display device and a wireless communication device, the main controller and the two-dimensional position sensitive detector are mounted on a supporting leg on one side of a crane, the laser emitter ismounted on a supporting leg on the other side of the crane, one end of the main controller is connected with the two-dimensional position sensitive detector, the other end of the main controller is connected with the display device through the wireless communication device, and a light spot emitted by the laser emitter is irradiated on the two-dimensional position sensitive detector to be used fordetecting the position of the supporting leg where the laser emitter is located. According to the crane supporting leg deviation measuring device, the problems of rail gnawing and unstable operationare effectively avoided, so that the service life of the crane is greatly prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种门式起重机支腿偏离测量装置,所述测量装置包括主控制器、激光发射器、二维位置敏感探测器、显示装置以及无线通信装置,所述主控制器和所述二维位置敏感探测器安装在起重机的一侧支腿上,所述激光发射器安装在起重机的另一侧支腿上,所述主控制器的一端与所述二维位置敏感探测器连接,另一端与所述显示装置通过无线通信装置连接,所述激光发射器发射出的光斑照射于所述二维位置敏感探测器上,用于探测所述激光发射器所在支腿的位置。本发明的起重机支腿偏离测量装置有效地避免了啃轨、运行不稳的问题,从而大大延长了起重机的使用寿命。
