The invention discloses an intelligent lifting appliance based on acoustic surface waves. The intelligent lifting appliance comprises a lifting plate, a main lifting rope, a lifting ring and auxiliarylifting ropes; acoustic surface wave tension sensors are arranged on the auxiliary lifting ropes, one end of each auxiliary lifting rope is detachably connected with the lifting plate, the other endsof the auxiliary lifting ropes are connected with the lifting ring, the lifting ring is connected with the main lifting rope, and the main lifting rope is connected with an overhead travelling crane;the intelligent lifting appliance further comprises an acoustic surface wave reader and a control display unit, the acoustic surface wave reader is connected with the acoustic surface wave tension sensors and used for reading tension values measured by the acoustic surface wave tension sensors; and the control display unit is connected with the acoustic surface wave reader, and when the acousticsurface wave reader reads the tension values, the control display unit collects and displays the tension values read by the acoustic surface wave reader. According to the intelligent lifting appliancebased on acoustic surface waves, passive wireless measurement for lifting rope tension of the lifting appliance product can be realized, and safety, accuracy and data traceability in lifting assemblywork are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于声表面波的智能吊具,包括吊板、主吊绳、吊环以及副吊绳;副吊绳上设置有声表面波拉力传感器,副吊绳的一端与吊板可拆卸连接,副吊绳的另一端与吊环连接,吊环与主吊绳连接,主吊绳与天车连接;还包括声表面波阅读器和控制显示单元,声表面波阅读器与声表面波拉力传感器连接,声表面波阅读器用于读取声表面波拉力传感器测量的拉力值;控制显示单元与声表面波阅读器连接,当声表面波阅读器读取到拉力值时,控制显示单元采集声表面波阅读器读取的拉力值并显示。本发明的目的在于提供一种基于声表面波的智能吊具,能够实现吊具产品吊绳拉力的无源无线测量,提升吊装装配作业中的安全性、准确性和数据可追溯性。
