The invention discloses an elevator taking method of an unmanned device and the unmanned device and system. The method comprises the following steps: 1, elevator status information of a target elevator returned by a cloud platform in response to a sent elevator taking request is received; 2, time information contained in the elevator status information of the target elevator is acquired, and the validity of the elevator status information is verified according to the time information; 3, real-time state information contained in the verified elevator status information is acquired, and whetherthe real-time state information matches the elevator taking request is determined; and 4, when the determination result is yes, an elevator door control instruction is sent to an elevator control device of the target elevator through the cloud platform. By the time check mode, the invalid elevator status information due to network delay can be filtered and removed so that the problem of errors for entering and exiting an elevator caused by the network delay is solved, and the reliability of the elevator taking is improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种无人驾驶设备的乘梯方法、无人驾驶设备及系统,方法包括:接收云平台响应于已发送的乘梯请求返回的目标电梯的电梯状态消息;获取所述目标电梯的电梯状态消息中包含的时间信息,根据所述时间信息对所述电梯状态消息的有效性进行校验;获取通过校验的电梯状态消息中包含的实时状态信息,判断所述实时状态信息是否与所述乘梯请求相匹配;当判断结果为是时,通过所述云平台向所述目标电梯的梯控设备发送电梯门控制指令。通过时间校验方式,能够滤除因网络延迟而无效的电梯状态消息,从而避免因网络延迟所导致的进出电梯错误的问题,提升乘梯可靠性。
