The device comprises a front-section fixing part and a rear-section movable part; the front section fixing part ismainly composed of a skin, root ribs, a cross beam and an actuator cylinder; the cross beam and the actuator cylinder are arranged in the skin; hanging holes are formed in the root ribs; the root ribs penetrate through the hanging holes through bolts and are fastened and mounted on the wingtip of a wing; the rear-section movable part is composed of an upper deceleration plate and a lower deceleration plate, the upper deceleration plate and the lower deceleration plate are provided with hanging connectors and rocker arms; the upper deceleration plate and the lower deceleration plate are hingedto the cross beam through the hanging connectors and hinged to the actuator cylinder through the rocker arms at the same time; and the opening and closing states of the upper deceleration plate and the lower deceleration plate are controlled through the driving effect of the actuator cylinder. According to the technical scheme, the opening and closing states of the upper deceleration plate and the lower deceleration plate are controlled through the driving effect of the actuator cylinder, and therefore the airplane resistance increasing effect is achieved; the resistance increasing device serves as an independent functional part, has high independence, is convenient to disassemble and assemble on the wingtip of the wing, and is good in interchangeability and simple in structure.
