The invention discloses a semi-submersible type ocean profile observation intelligent robot, which comprises a fixed bottom plate, a cylinder shell and a battery bin, wherein the battery bin is fixedly installed in the middle of the upper portion of the fixed bottom plate; buffer side plates are movably mounted on the outer surfaces of the two sides of the fixed bottom plate; a rotating shaft is movably mounted on the inner side of the bottom of the buffer side plate; the buffer side plate is movably butted with the buffer side plate through a rotating shaft; a second transverse rod and a first transverse rod are movably connected to the inner surface of the upper portion of the buffer side plate in a sleeving mode; a butt joint groove is formed in the inner side of the upper portion of the buffer side plate in a penetrating mode; the second transverse rod, the first transverse rod and the buffer side plate are fixed in a butt joint mode through the butt joint groove; and spring columns are movably connected to the inner surfaces of the second transverse rod and the first transverse rod in a sleeving mode. According to the semi-submersible type ocean profile observation intelligentrobot, the observation intelligent robot is provided with an auxiliary steering structure, the using flexibility of the observation intelligent robot is improved, meanwhile, the observation intelligent robot is provided with a side buffer protection structure, the safety of the observation intelligent robot in a semi-submersible state is improved, and the impact force of sea waves is reduced.
