The invention discloses a real-scale marine propeller vibration mode measurement method, which relates to the technical field of marine propellers. The method comprises the following steps that beforemeasurement, each vibration acceleration sensor is arranged on the surface of a predetermined position of a propeller blade; the propellers are respectively suspended in the air and a water environment simulation device by utilizing the suspension device; knocking personnel knock different positions of the propeller blades on the working rack by using a rubber hammer to excite the propeller blades to vibrate; a data acquisition terminal analyzes the vibration signals and the noise signals acquired by the microphone or the hydrophone to obtain the vibration mode characteristics of the propeller in air and water, and the vibration acceleration sensors are uniformly distributed at the preset positions of propeller blades, so that the accuracy of the acquired vibration signals is ensured. Themethod is clear in process and simple to operate, existing resources of a propeller processing plant are fully utilized, the method is easy to implement, and the vibration mode characteristics of thereal-scale marine propeller can be rapidly obtained.

    本发明公开了一种实尺度船用螺旋桨振动模态测量方法,涉及船用推进器技术领域,该方法包括:测量开始前先在螺旋桨叶片的预定位置表面设置各个振动加速度传感器,利用悬吊装置分别将螺旋桨悬吊在空气中和水环境模拟装置中,敲击人员在工作台架上用橡皮锤敲击螺旋桨叶片不同位置激励桨叶产生振动,数据采集终端对振动信号、传声器或水听器采集的噪声信号进行分析得到螺旋桨在空气和水中的振动模态特性,通过在螺旋桨叶片的预定位置处均匀分布振动加速度传感器,保证了采集振动信号的准确度;本方法流程清晰,操作简单,充分利用螺旋桨加工厂现有资源,易于实现,有助于快速获取实尺度船用螺旋桨的振动模态特性。
