The invention discloses an intelligent anti-theft lock of a bicycle, which comprises a lock body. A solar cell panel is arranged on the surface of the lock body. An electronic control device is arranged in the lock body; the intelligent anti-theft lock of a bicycle comprises a charging control circuit connected with a solar cell panel. The charging control circuit is in output connection with a rechargeable battery, a network connection module. A positioning module, a bicycle lock state detection circuit and a driving detection circuit are further arranged and connected with a processor, an anti-theft alarm algorithm is arranged in the processor, and the method comprises the following steps that (1) the network connection module, the positioning module and the driving detection circuit areset to be in a dormant state; (2) the on-off state of the lock body is recognized through the vehicle lock state detection circuit; (3) a driving detection circuit is awakened and the state of the bicycle is recognized; (4) a network connection module and a positioning module are awakened; the network connection module is connected with a mobile network, and the positioning module acquires current position coordinates and sends the current position coordinates to a user mobile phone.
