The invention discloses a process method for improving conductivity of a heating element. The process method provided by the invention comprises the steps of laying a layer of prepreg on the surface of the existing heating element, coating the edge of the heating element, then laying a tearing layer on the surface of the coated prepreg, fixing after laying the tearing layer, then making a bag, andcuring in an autoclave after bag making. The process method eliminates the problem of burrs at the edge of the existing heating element and reduces the manufacturing cost of the product without affecting the physical properties of the heating element.
本发明公开了一种用于改善加温元件导电性能的工艺方法。本发明提供的工艺方法是在现有的加温元件表面铺贴一层预浸料,将加温元件边缘包覆,然后在包覆完成的预浸料表面铺贴一层撕下层,撕下层铺贴完成后进行固定,然后再进行制袋,制袋完成后在热压罐中进行固化。本工艺方法在不影响加温元件物理性能的前提下,达到消除现有加温元件边缘存在毛边的问题,并降低了产品的制造成本。
