The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle driving monitoring, and discloses a method and system for monitoring overspeed driving through an unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned aerial vehicle. The method is characterized in that current vehicle speed calculation is conducted on all the vehicles when the motion trails of the vehicles are acquired within a certain period of time; relative displacement of the vehicle and the unmanned aerial vehicle and the real-time speed of the vehicle are calculated, a single-target tracking algorithm is called to track the overspeed vehicle,and the license plate number is captured and identified by adjusting the lens focal length of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The method is advantaged in that the defect that bayonet speed measurement equipment can only capture and identify the license plate of an overspeed running vehicle at a specific position is solved, meanwhile, the interval speed measurement method is supplemented, and the realinstantaneous speed of the vehicle is obtained.

    本发明属于车辆行驶监测技术领域,公开了一种利用无人机监测超速行车的方法、监测系统及无人机,获取某一段时间内在画面中的运动轨迹;对某一段时间内获取运动轨迹的所有车辆进行当前车速计算;计算出车辆与无人机的相对位移及车辆实时速度;调用单目标跟踪算法对超速车辆进行跟踪,并通过调节无人机的镜头焦距抓取并识别车牌号识别。本发明解决了卡口测速设备只能对特定位置的超速行车车辆进行车牌的抓拍识别的缺点;同时对区间测速方法进行补充,获取车辆的真实瞬时速度。
