The invention discloses an electronic water pump magnetic transmission device for an automobile. The electronic water pump magnetic transmission device comprises a pump head shell and a connecting shell fixed to the rear end of the pump head shell. An inner magnetic ring sleeve and an outer magnetic ring sleeve isolated through a nonmetallic isolating sleeve are arranged in the connecting shell, an outer permanent magnet is attached to the inner circumference of the outer magnetic ring sleeve, and an inner permanent magnet is attached to the periphery of the inner magnetic ring sleeve. The inner magnetic ring sleeve and an impeller arranged in the pump head shell are fixed. A supporting shaft fixed to the nonmetallic isolating sleeve is further included. The electronic water pump magnetictransmission device is characterized in that the inner magnetic ring sleeve is assembled on the supporting shaft through multiple axially distributed ceramic ball bearings, the adjacent ceramic ball bearings abut against each other through gaskets, the outer side of the ceramic ball bearing at the frontmost end abuts against a circle of inner flange formed on the inner magnetic ring sleeve, and the outer side of the ceramic ball bearing at the tail end abuts against an externa thread nut mounted in the inner magnetic ring sleeve. Embedding grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding tothe ceramic ball bearings, of the supporting shaft, and O-shaped rings are embedded. The O-shaped rings are in flexible close fit with the inner rings of the corresponding ceramic ball bearings. The device is low in rotating noise, long in service life and more stable and reliable in operation.

    本发明公开了一种汽车用电子水泵磁力传动装置,包括泵头壳和固定在其后端的连接壳,连接壳内设有通过非金属隔离套隔开的内、外磁环套,外磁环套内周贴附有外永磁铁,内磁环套外周贴附有内永磁铁,内磁环套与设于泵头壳内的叶轮固定,还包括固定至非金属隔离套上的支撑轴;其特征在于内磁环套采用多个轴向分布的陶瓷球轴承装配在支撑轴上,相邻陶瓷球轴承之间通过垫圈相抵,且最前端的陶瓷球轴承的外侧与成型于内磁环套上的一圈内凸缘相抵,而最末端的陶瓷球轴承的外侧则由装入内磁环套内的外螺纹螺母抵紧;且支撑轴上对应各陶瓷球轴承开设嵌槽嵌装有O型圈,O型圈与对应的陶瓷球轴承内圈柔性紧配。本装置转动噪音小,寿命长,运转更平稳可靠。
