The invention discloses a portable elevator brake action reliability testing device and testing method. The device comprises a driving power supply, a high-voltage switch, a voltage detection circuit,a current detection circuit, an action detection assembly and a main control circuit. The driving power supply is connected with the high-voltage switch. The high-voltage switch is connected with a power supply control end of an elevator brake to be tested. The action detection assembly is mounted on the elevator brake to be tested. The voltage detection circuit and the current detection circuitare connected with the elevator brake to be tested. The method comprises the following steps that elevator brake parameters are input to the main control circuit, and the power-on time, the power-offtime and the testing frequency of the high-voltage switch and the working current of the elevator brake are calculated and controlled by the main control circuit; the output voltage of the driving power supply is output to the to-be-tested elevator brake to simulate the use condition; the main control circuit collects the action signal, the voltage signal and the current signal in real time; and the main control circuit calculates the reliability data of the elevator brake.

    本发明公开一种便携式电梯制动器动作可靠性测试装置及测试方法,装置包括驱动电源、高压开关、电压检测电路、电流检测电路、动作检测组件和主控电路,驱动电源与高压开关连接,高压开关与待测的电梯制动器的电源控制端连接,动作检测组件安装于待测的电梯制动器上,电压检测电路、电流检测电路分别与待测的电梯制动器连接。方法为将电梯制动器参数输入至主控电路,主控电路计算并控制高压开关的通电时间、断电时间、测试次数和电梯制动器的工作电流;驱动电源的输出电压至待测的电梯制动器模拟使用条件;主控电路实时采集动作信号、电压信号和电流信号;主控电路计算电梯制动器的可靠性数据。
