The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles and discloses a vertical take-off and landing tandem wing unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, front wings,rear wings, a propeller assembly and a vertical fin. The propeller assembly comprises a propelling propeller assembly and a take-off and landing propeller assembly; the propelling propeller assembly is arranged at a tail of the vehicle body; a reinforcing assembly is arranged at vehicle body, the reinforcing assembly comprises two longitudinal rods which are symmetrically distributed left and right relative to the center of the vehicle body, and a transverse rod between the two longitudinal rods; the take-off and landing propeller assembly is arranged at a joint of the longitudinal rods and the transverse rod; the front end of each longitudinal rod extends to the bottom of each front wing; the front part of each longitudinal rod is connected with the front wings; the rear end of each longitudinal rod extends to the bottom of each rear wing; and the rear portion of each longitudinal rod is connected with each rear wing, a front wing reinforcing rod is arranged in the front wing, the front portion of the longitudinal rod is connected with the front wing reinforcing rod, the rear wing reinforcing rod is arranged in each rear wing, the rear portion of each longitudinal rod is connectedwith the rear wing reinforcing rod, rigidity of the unmanned aerial vehicle is sufficient, falling resistance is good, losses after falling are greatly reduced, and a cruising ability is greatly improved.
