The invention provides a wall-climbing robot with a self-adaptive capacity and relates to the technical field of walking robots. Problems that because of a cambered surface and an uneven structure ofa ship body, when a conventional magnetic type and negative pressure type wall-climbing robot passes through an uneven position, the wall-climbing robot is easy to fall off so that equipment is damaged, and when the wall-climbing robot passes through a narrow space, the wall-climbing robot is prone to colliding due to a fact that control precision is difficult to control accurately because of visual disturbance of control personnel and a vehicle body is damaged are solved. The wall-climbing robot comprises a vehicle body. A PLC controller and a storage battery are arranged in the vehicle body,the PLC controller is located at a rear end of a middle portion, and the storage battery is located at a front end of the middle poriton. Due to the fact that L-shaped guide plates are fixedly installed on a front side and a rear side of an end frame respectively, a moving mechanism can move up and down in the end frame under the action of a buffer mechanism when meeting a bumpy zone so as to adapt to changes of a surface structure, and the robot is prevented from falling off from a ship wall body.
本发明提供一种具有自适应能力的爬壁机器人,涉及行走机器人技术领域,以解决由于船身的弧面和不平整的结构,致使常规的磁吸式和负压式的爬壁机器人在经过不平整的位置时,易致使爬壁机器人脱落,从而造成设备损坏,而且在经过狭窄的空间时,爬壁机器人容易由于控制人员的视线障碍,而致使控制精度难以掌控精确而发生碰撞,造成车身损坏的问题,包括车体;所述车体中内置有PLC控制器和蓄电池,其中PLC控制器位于中部后端,而蓄电池位于中部前端。本发明中由于端架的前后两侧分别固定安装有L状的导向板,当遇到坑洼地带时,移动机构可在缓冲机构的作用下,在端架中上下移动,以便于适应表面结构的变化,避免机器人从船壁身上脱落。
