The invention discloses a thrust wheel for a bulldozer and an assembling method of the thrust wheel. The thrust wheel comprises a wheel body, a fulcrum shaft and shaft covers, wherein the wheel body and the fulcrum shaft are rotary parts; the wheel body is provided with a shaft hole penetrating through the wheel body in the axial direction; the fulcrum shaft is sleeved with the shaft hole in a penetrating mode; the wheel body can rotate along the axis of the wheel body; the shaft covers are located at the two ends of the wheel body respectively and fixedly connected with the fulcrum shaft; floating oil seals are arranged between the shaft covers and the wheel body; a protruding step is arranged in the middle of the fulcrum shaft; the wheel body is provided with a groove capable of containing the step; and the step is clamped in the groove so as to limit axial movement of the fulcrum shaft. With the limiting step arranged in the middle of the fulcrum shaft, the installation structure ofthe floating oil seals can be simplified, the diameter of the fulcrum shaft can be reduced, and the parallelism of the step in the middle can be higher in the machining process.

    本发明公开了一种推土机用支重轮及其装配方法,支重轮包括轮体、支轴和轴盖,所述轮体和所述支轴皆为回转类零件,所述轮体具有沿其轴向贯穿的轴孔,所述支轴穿套与所述轴孔内,且所述轮体能够沿其轴线旋转;所述轴盖分别位于所述轮体的两端并与所述支轴固定连接,所述轴盖与所述轮体之间设有浮动油封;所述支轴的中间设有突出的台阶,所述轮体设有可容置所述台阶的凹槽,所述台阶卡合于所述凹槽内以限制所述支轴的轴向窜动,通过将限位台阶设置到支轴的中间,可简化浮动油封的安装结构,并且可降低支轴的直径,而且中部的台阶在加工时的平行度会更高。
