The invention discloses subway supporting equipment and a subway. The subway supporting equipment comprises a pivoted reversing node and a reversing node for supporting, wherein the pivoted reversingnode comprises a first frame body and a pair of first pneumatic dampers located on the first frame body, and the pair of first pneumatic dampers are provided with a first auxiliary inflation area anda first height adjusting valve together; the reversing node for supporting can comprise a second frame body and a pair of second pneumatic dampers located on the second frame body, and each second pneumatic damper is provided with a second auxiliary inflation area and a second height adjusting valve. The first frame body comprises a pair of first side rods arranged in parallel, and a first bearingplate which keeps an included angle of 90 degrees with the first side rods. In combination with other structures, the defects that in the prior art, due to a subway supporting and connecting system,the subway share is not small, and operation is not stable when a subway turns around are effectively overcome.
