The invention provides a shield tunneling machine frame walking structure. The shield tunneling machine frame walking structure comprises a supporting beam, two wheel sets and a plurality of steeringdevices, wherein each wheel set includes a frame body, the two ends of the supporting beam are installed on the frame body of the two wheel sets in a turnover mode respectively, a base is connected tothe bottom of the frame body in a spherical hinge mode, and walking wheels are installed on the base in a rotatable mode; and the steering devices are installed between two opposite sides of the baseof the two wheel sets correspondingly; and each steering device includes a guide piece and a telescopic piece; guiding holes are arranged in the two opposite sides of the guiding piece, the guiding holes are arranged in the length direction of the supporting beam, the telescopic piece is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end of the telescopic piece is installed in the guiding holes in a telescopic mode, and the second end of the telescopic piece is hinged to the base. Problems that time and labor are wasted and construction cost is high due to a fact that a walking track needs to be laid in a tunnel segment during follow-up frame walking of a shield tunneling machine are solved.

    本发明提供了一种盾构机车架行走结构,包括:支承梁;两个轮组,所述轮组包括车架本体,所述支承梁的两端分别可翻折地安装于两个所述轮组的车架本体上,所述车架本体的底部球铰连接有底座,所述底座可转动地安装有行走轮;以及多个转向装置,两个所述轮组的底座的相对两侧之间分别安装有所述转向装置,所述转向装置包括导向件和伸缩件,所述导向件的相对两侧开设有导向孔洞,所述导向孔洞沿所述支承梁的长度方向设置,所述伸缩件具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述伸缩件的第一端可伸缩地安装于所述导向孔洞中,所述伸缩件的第二端铰接于所述底座。本发明解决了盾构机的后续车架行走需要在隧道管片内铺设行走轨道导致费时费力且施工成本高的问题。
