The invention discloses a self-learning method for torque deviation of a full-transmission part of a hybrid power vehicle type. The method comprises: measuring an original required wheel-side torque and an actual wheel-side torque in real time; determining a torque deviation compensation value according to the original required wheel-side torque and the actual wheel-side torque; adding a torque deviation compensation value and the original required wheel-side torque to obtain a total required wheel-side torque; and using a whole vehicle control unit to control the total required wheel-side torque and uniformly distribute the total required wheel-side torque to an engine control unit and a motor control unit, making a deviation between the actual wheel-side torque and the original requiredwheel-side torque be within a set range, and realizing uniform self-learning of the torque deviation of the full-transmission part. According to the method, the torque compensation value is compensated to the required wheel-side torque, unified self-learning of the torque control deviation of the full-transmission system component is achieved, a complex problem existing in torque deviation controlof an existing single transmission component is solved, a torque control precision requirement of a vehicle in a whole life cycle is met, and the method is simple and easy to implement.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力车型全传动部件扭矩偏差的自学习方法。它实时测量原始需求轮边扭矩和实际轮边扭矩,根据原始需求轮边扭矩与实际轮边扭矩确定扭矩偏差补偿值,将所述扭矩偏差补偿值与原始需求轮边扭矩相加得到总需求轮边扭矩,通过整车控制单元控制统一分配总需求轮边扭矩至发动机控制单元和电机控制单元,将实际轮边扭矩与原始需求轮边扭矩的偏差控制在设定范围内,实现全传动部件扭矩偏差的统一自学习。本发明通过将扭矩补偿值补偿到需求轮边扭矩,实现全传动系统部件的扭矩控制偏差进行统一的自学习,解决了现有对单一传动部件进行扭矩偏差控制存在的复杂问题,满足车辆在整个生命周期内的扭矩控制精度要求,方法简单,易实现。
