The invention relates to an inductive charging arrangement for a vehicle battery, having a counter-coil arrangement comprising at least one primary coil arrangement (2, 2', 2") located outside the vehicle and at least one secondary coil arrangement (3, 3', 3") located inside the vehicle, wherein the primary coil arrangement (2, 2', 2") and the secondary coil arrangement (3, 3', 3") each have a coil and a magnetic core and if the vehicle is positioned accordingly and the primary coil arrangement (2, 2', 2") is fed by inductive coupling, electrical energy is transferred from the (2, 2', 2") primary coil arrangement to the secondary coil arrangement (3, 3', 3"), wherein the air gap is part of the transfer region and means are provided for minimizing the air gap between the primary coil arrangement (2, 2', 2") and the secondary coil arrangement (3, 3', 3"). According to the invention, at least one container, which is reversibly deformable and which is or can be filled with a liquid of highmagnetic conductivity, is arranged and configured in the region of the (2, 2', 2") primary coil arrangement and/or the region of the secondary coil arrangement (3, 3', 3") such that, as a result of pressurization of the liquid of high magnetic conductivity, the container is deformed in the direction towards the other coil arrangement of the counter-coil arrangement and the deformable container and the liquid of high magnetic conductivity present therein are arranged such that the liquid of high magnetic conductivity is part of the transfer region between the primary coil arrangement (2, 2', 2") and the secondary coil arrangement (3, 3', 3") in such a way as to minimize the air gap, at least after deformation of the reversibly deformable container.
