The invention discloses a construction method of a top cap type hoisting frame for refabricated stand column steel reinforcement cage die assembly hoisting. The top cap type hoisting frame is a hollowframe structure, and as capping for a top part of a stand column template, a steel reinforcement stretching out the stand column template at the top of a stand column is accommodated in the top cap type hoisting frame; and the method comprises the following steps: putting a steel reinforcement cage into a die; performing die assembly for the steel reinforcement cage; hoisting and mounting of thetop cap type hoisting frame; fixing the top cap type hoisting frame and the stand column template; after connection of the top cap type hoisting frame and the stand column template is completed, connecting the top cap type hoisting frame with a sling to perform overturn so as to realize overturn of the stand column template; when the stand column template is turned to be in a standing state, continuing to hoist the top cap type hoisting frame through the sling so as to make the stand column template to get off the ground, and consequently translating to a specified site. With the method provided by the invention, a problem of confliction between the steel reinforcement stretching out from the top of the column and a hoisting point and the sling is solved, and a difficult problem of deformation control of the stand column template and the steel reinforcement cage in a tipper hoisting process is solved effectively.

    本发明公开了一种用于预制立柱钢筋笼合模吊装的顶盖式吊架的施工方法,顶盖式吊架为镂空架结构,作为立柱模板的顶部加盖,立柱顶部伸出立柱模板的钢筋容纳在顶盖式吊架中;包括:钢筋笼入模;钢筋笼合模;顶盖式吊架起吊安装;顶盖式吊架与立柱模板固定;顶盖式吊架与立柱模板连接完成后,利用吊索具连接顶盖式吊架进行翻转进而实现立柱模板的翻转;当立柱模板翻转至竖立状态后,利用吊索具对顶盖式吊架继续进行提升以使立柱模板脱离地面,进而平移至指定地点。通过本发明,有效解决了柱顶伸出钢筋与吊点及吊索具冲突的问题,并且有效解决了立柱模板及钢筋笼在翻转机吊运过程中的变形控制难题。
