The invention discloses a virtual instrument-based balance coefficient tester and test method. The tester comprises a color sensor, a clamp-shaped current sensor, a controller, a computer (with a virtual instrument) and a printer; the clamp-shaped current sensor is clamped on any phase of the three-phase power output by an elevator frequency converter and is used for detecting the current of the corresponding phase; and the color sensor is used for aligning a white mark marked on a traction steel wire rope of an elevator when a car and a counterweight of the elevator are positioned on the samehorizontal line, the white mark runs along with the running of the steel wire rope, when the white mark just runs to be opposite to the color sensor, a detection signal is generated, and at the moment, the signal triggers the clamp-shaped current sensor to detect the instantaneous current of one phase of the three-phase power output by the elevator frequency converter, and the phase is the one phase clamped by the clamp-shaped current sensor and output by the elevator frequency converter. According to the tester and method, the balance coefficient curve diagram does not need to be drawn manually, the error caused by environmental influence and man-made influence are reduced, and the accuracy of test data is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于虚拟仪器的平衡系数测试仪及其测试方法。该测试仪包括颜色传感器、钳形电流传感器、控制器、电脑(设有虚拟仪器)以及打印机。钳形电流传感器夹在电梯变频器输出三相电的任意一相上,并用于检测对应相的电流。颜色传感器用于在电梯的轿厢和对重位于同一水平线时,对准在电梯曳引钢丝绳上标注的白色标识,白色标识随着钢丝绳的运行而运行,白色标识运行至正好与颜色传感器相对的时候产生检测信号,此时该信号触发钳形电流传感器检测电梯变频器输出三相电的一相瞬间电流,该相为钳形电流传感器所夹的电梯变频器输出的那一相。本发明无需人工进行绘制平衡系数曲线图,降低环境影响和人为影响产生的误差,提高测试数据的精度。
