Compared with the prior art, a needle bearing at the bottom of the gear shaft is replaced by the second ball bearing, the two ball bearings are adopted for positioning the gear shaft at the same time, the characteristic that axial dislocation can be generated between the inner rings and the outer rings of the ball bearings is utilized, the axial clearance of the gear shaft is adjusted through the clearance adjusting screw, redundant positioning is conducted on the gear shaft in the axial direction, the gear shaft is prevented from disengaging, and the safety coefficient of the steering gear is improved.
本发明的其中一个目的是提供一种安全系数高、噪音低且使用寿命长的转向器齿轮轴的定位结构,齿轮轴的下端轴身插入壳体内,齿轮轴中段通过第一球轴承与壳体上部内壁相支承,齿轮轴下端通过第二球轴承与壳体下部内壁相支承,齿轮轴的下端沿轴向开设有螺纹孔,间隙调整螺钉与螺纹孔构成螺纹配合,间隙调整螺钉的头部垫板与第二球轴承内圈的下端相抵。与现有技术,将齿轮轴底部的滚针轴承更换为第二球轴承,采用两个球轴承同时对齿轮轴进行定位,利用球轴承内外圈之间可产生轴向错位的特性,在通过间隙调整螺钉调整齿轮轴的轴向间隙,对齿轮轴的轴向进行冗余定位,防止齿轮轴脱出,提升转向器的安全系数。
