The invention discloses an intelligent accelerator control method and system and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps: acquiring a current driving mode of a vehicle; under the condition of a manual driving mode, acquiring displacement data of an accelerator pedal, and controlling an accelerator according to the displacement data so as to control the vehicle speed; and under the condition of an automatic driving mode, acquiring system information of automatic driving, and controlling the accelerator according to the system information so as to control the vehicle speed. According to the method, problems that in the prior art, driving of the vehicle can be controlled only by obtaining position information from an accelerator pedal, equivalently, a driver must control the vehicle to drive manually, and the method cannot be suitable for unmanned driving are solved.

    本发明公开了一种智能油门控制方法、系统和车辆,其中,所述方法包括:获取车辆当前的驾驶模式;其中,在手动驾驶模式的情况下,获取油门踏板的位移数据,根据所述位移数据控制油门以控制车速;在自动驾驶模式的情况下,获取自动驾驶的系统信息,根据所述系统信息控制油门以控制车速。该方法克服现有技术中只有从油门踏板处获得位置信息才能控制车辆的驾驶,相当于必须有驾驶者控制车辆手动驾驶,无法适用于无人驾驶的问题。
