The invention provides a novel prestressed bistable composite material thin shell structure. The novel prestressed bistable composite material thin shell structure comprises a thin shell formed by hot-pressing a composite fiber layer, a composite fiber comprises a fiber layer treated by a prestressing technology, the material of the composite fiber layer comprises a long fiber fabric and resin, the bistable structure can stably exist under stretching and curling configurations, repeated transformation of the bistable structure can be realized under external excitation, and the bistable structure can be used as a safety hinge assembly structure. The invention also provides a method for preparing the bistable composite material structure based on the fiber prestressing technology. The methodcomprises the following steps: prestress treatment of the fiber; laying and die assembly of the composite material; hot-pressing curing molding of the composite material structure; and demolding andpretreatment. The internal stress of the structure can be adjusted under the condition that the material mass and the geometric configuration are not increased, the comprehensive performance of the bistable structure is fundamentally improved, the stability and deformation characteristics of the structure are regulated, and the bistable structure has greater advantages in the fields of aerospace and the like.
本发明提供一种新型预应力双稳态复合材料薄壳结构,包括由复合纤维铺层热压形成的薄壳,复合纤维包括有经过预应力技术处理的纤维铺层,复合纤维铺层材料包含长纤维织物和树脂,该双稳态结构在伸展及其卷曲构型下都可稳定存在,在外界激励下可实现稳态结构的重复转变,并可作为一种安全铰链组件结构。本发明提出一种基于纤维预应力技术制备双稳态复合材料结构的方法,包括纤维的预应力处理;复合材料的铺层及合模;复合材料结构的热压固化成型;脱模及预处理。可实现在不增加材料质量、几何构型的情况下,对结构内应力进行调节,从根本上提高双稳态结构的综合性能,并实现对结构稳态和形变特性的调控,使其在航空航天等领域发挥更大的优势。
