The invention discloses an electric reactor maintenance device under a narrow space and a maintenance method for the electric reactor maintenance device. The electric reactor maintenance device comprises a first transfer component and a second transfer component which are arranged between two longitudinal valve layer frames in a crossing manner and a third transfer component arranged in the horizontal direction, wherein the third transfer component is provided with projection intersection points with the first transfer component and the second transfer component in the horizontal surface correspondingly, and the longitudinal valve layer frames are divided into end portion segments located right above electric reactors on two sides and middle segments located between two corresponding end portion segments, the first transfer component is located at the end portion segments, and the second transfer component is located at the middle segments. According to the electric reactor maintenancedevice under the narrow space and the maintenance method for the electric reactor maintenance device, the electric reactors are firstly transferred to the longitudinal center through the first transfer component, distances between the electric reactors and insulators are enlarged, then the electric reactors are conveyed to the middle portion of a valve tower through the third transfer component and are conveyed out by utilizing the large space of the middle portion of the valve tower, the transfer distance is shortened, the labor force is reduced, and the electric reactor maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种狭窄空间下的电抗器检修装置及其检修方法,包括跨越设置于两个纵向阀层框架之间的第一转运组件和第二转运组件、以及沿横向设置的第三转运组件,第三转运组件与第一转运组件和第二转运组件分别在水平表面内具有投影交叉点,以及,纵向阀层框架分为位于两侧电抗器正上方的端部段和位于两个端部段之间的中间段,第一转运组件位于端部段,所述第二转运组件位于所述中间段。本发明首先通过第一转运组件将电抗器向纵向中心转运,拉大电抗器与绝缘子的距离,接着通过第三转运组件将电抗器运送至阀塔的中部,利用阀塔中部的大空间将电抗器运出,转运路程缩短,减少劳动力,提高电抗器检修效率。
