The invention relates to an installation and construction method of grinding rollers of a raw material grinding mill. The installation and construction method comprises the following steps that the four grinding rollers of the raw material grinding mill and a sealing door are assembled together on the ground, and a crawler crane is used for moving the four grinding rollers to four corresponding basic positions according to the serial numbers of the grinding rollers; after the grinding rollers are grouted, holes in the surface of a base are welded and blocked through an iron plate, and hydraulic bolts are in place before hoisting; according to the foundation height and the total weight of the grinding rollers, the crawler crane is selected for hoisting work; two chain blocks and a steel wire rope are arranged on a cone support, when the steel wire rope makes contact with a powder concentrator shell in the grinding roller hoisting process, the crawler crane slowly descends, meanwhile, the chain blocks are used for pulling the heads of the grinding rollers into the shell, and in-place operation is completed; and after the grinding rollers are in place, the grinding rollers are finelyadjusted by using a hydraulic jack, and bolts are tightened by using an electric hydraulic wrench. The problem that the grinding roller base of the raw material grinding mill cannot be hoisted in place due to the influence of the powder concentrator shell is well solved.

    原料磨磨辊安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:在地面将原料磨4个磨辊与密封门组装一起,并使用履带吊按照磨辊序号移动到相对应的四个基础位;磨辊灌浆后使用铁板对底座表面孔洞进行焊接封堵,在吊装前将液压螺栓进行就位;根据基础高度及磨辊总重量,选择履带吊进行吊装工作;在锥体支架设置两个手拉葫芦和钢丝绳,在吊装磨辊过程中钢丝绳与选粉机壳体接触时,履带吊缓慢下降同时使用手拉葫芦将磨辊头部拉入壳体内部,完成就位;磨辊就位后使用液压千斤顶对磨辊精调,使用电动液压扳手打紧螺栓。本发明很好解决了原料磨磨辊底座因由于受选粉机壳体影响而无法吊装就位问题。
